The scratches on the hardware below is accentuated by the camera's flash and high resolution.  They can hardly be seen with the naked eye.
The volume / tone knobs are not on their correct pots in this image of how the knobs were configured when I received the guitar.  Click Here to see the correct knobs / pots orientation.
Overview of business side of electronics plate.

The next image below is a close-up of electronics data information below:

I am not about to disturb this near mint original wiring to determine electronic values that are not marked;  BUT:

5 of the 6 pots have the same date code 1376404 which shows the pots are CTS pots made in the 4th week of 1964.  1 other pot has a late 1963 date code.  All pots, parts, wiring and solder joints are original and untouched since being factory assembled.

The pots are not marked with resistance values, but the pots part / model number is the same 29A0008 for all 6 pots.

All 3 tone caps are .1MFD.

CTS pots in different model / same year Kays I am familiar with, have pot part / model numbers 29A0007 and 29A0012 having resistance values of 100K (tone) and 500K (volume) respectively.  Although in modern thinking 100K should have been the volume pot for the pickups' 3.5K ohms static resistance, and 500K for the tone control (1 Meg even better);  Electronic design engineers of Kay guitars of this period might have had different tone qualities in mind with their seemingly strange pot values.  500K volume and 100K tone would make a considerable amount of treble tone leak through a 100K tone pot, expecially when the 500K volume was reduced (resistance increased).

Interpolating all the above I am guessing that CTS pots model 29A0008 in this guitar is 250K, which makes reasonable modern electronics / guitar sense in matching with 3.5K ohm pickups.
Reference:  Leaning the camera and changing the lighting a little gives us a bit different angle and light for connections that might not be seen good in the previous pictures.
All 3 pickups are from the same-day batch, April Fools Day, 1964 !

The rust color stains on the metals is caused by eddy current reverse electrolysis between dissimilar charged metals during the pickup's operation.  I have since put a very thin film of innocuous light oil onto the metals with a Q-tip, which will protect the electrolysis from corrosion for another 46 years at least !
