Silvertone Danelectro 1457
Guitar Only;  No amp-case.
A very nice specimen.
( I might have an amp case for you at any given time )

PREVIOUS OWNER REPORTS:  1960's Silvertone Guitar made by Danelectro w/ 2 Lipstick Tube Pickups.  Here is the less commonly seen two pickup version of the legendary Silvertone / Danelectro guitar.  This is one of the models that came with the amp-in-case, however I only have the guitar.  The guitar features two 'lipstick' tube pickups and cool concentric knobs (meaning that the tone and volume controls for each pickup are located on the same shaft).  The finish is a red sunburst with tiny silver sparkles.  It's in pretty good condition for a 35+ year old guitar.  There are some small paint chips you should be able to see in the photos, and a scuff in the vinyl side trim (also visible in the pics), but overall it's well preserved.  It plays and works fine, too.  The neck is straight and the frets are in good shape.  These are fun, retro looking guitars that actually sound great.  Every guitar player and collection needs one!
