The surface specs (example) that show well in this shot, are typical of nominal oxide pitting of the aluminum plate upon which I applied a preservative to stop it when I packed this guitar away about 10 years ago.  The plastic rocker switches look to be in good shape.  See details of these switches HERE.  The rockers on this guitar work smoothly.  These rocker switches open up easily and are a rather easy job for a guitar / electronic tech to renew ....or even for a reasonably skilled and astute handyman knowlegeable about electronics parts.  The rocker switch contacts should always be cleaned up while in there.

The fat neck is smoothe, straight and in great shape.  The huge headstock and abundance of body butt is what makes this guitar look huge.  I initially thought this guitar's scale would approach Baritone size, ...but was quite surprised to find that the scale length is a standard 25".  That massive headstock will certainly stabilize allot of sustain into the strings / body / neck acoustic sound loop.
Notice that when the string #6 tuner went bad (proably bent), someone simply cut the bad one off with a hacksaw and installed a single tuner;  Quite indicative of the raucus, fun, get-er-done attitude of countless smokey pool-hall blues bars I have played in over the years.  In 1970 I was an army helicopter instructor pilot at Fort Wolters outside Mineral Wells Texas.  The pool hall / bar just south of the railroad tracks in the center of downtown Mineral Wells Texas will always stand out in my fond memories of great blues bars;  Craps always going on along the front sidewalk, and even a whorehouse uptstairs;  The pool hall / bar used to be an old transient hotel (rooming house).  I spent many nights there drowning my brain of vietnam memories and army bullshit.
As dirty and grungy as this guitar is, ...it is in remarkably good condition;  Well cared for in the context of it's owner's music and social environment and "philosophy".  Compare the yellowing of the neck binding with the nominal scars on the guitar!  It's marks makes me suspect that it was carried in a home-made bag (often stone-washed burlap) commonly known as gunny sacks that guitars (and other instruments) were commonly carried in back then ....carried over from that being even more common since the advent of personal musical instruments in the early 1900's.
The electronics are all original in their original factory harness.  I am certain that the pots, switches and output jack will have to be cleaned with an INNOCUOUS high grade contact and pot-wiper cleaner / lube such as CaiLube (won't eat plastic and pot wipers).  The output jack should be replaced to ensure a corrosion-free and proper tight plug fit.

An extra strap button has been added to the inside of the upper treble bout horn, obviously for a left handed player that played right-hand stringing.  The rear strap button is missing.
