In Mint 99% condition (1% allowed for minimum handling over the years).
This trapeeze tailpiece is original to the beta issued guitars!
The dark spot at the bridge position is a mark to position the bridge quickly.
Notice the rear strap pin displaced to the bass bout; It's also original to the beta issued guitars! I've also seen 2 other betas with flat stock versions of the same tailpiece and a hole in the center for the strap button.
I recommend buying this body with this hardware, although I would also sell the body without the hardware for a nominal adjustment in price if so desired.
